Dave Giasson has spent his entire life in the construction industry. He began as a framing contractor where he honed his skills in the course of building hundreds of homes and commercial projects. He has completed projects using conventional framing techniques, post and beam and log construction.
He worked as a production manager for Oxford Homes where he was responsible for maintaining a rigid construction schedule and controlling costs. Most recently Dave oversaw the day to day operations of, and managed construction for, a local custom homebuilder that specialized in green building techniques and solar installations. From small remodeling jobs to million dollar homes, Dave used his unmatched experience and abilities to keep projects on schedule and on budget.
Dave's philosophy is simple.
Throughout his career, Dave never relied on glossy magazine ads to keep busy. He believes if your clients are happy, they will refer you to others.
